Third Act, the social activist movement of older people, sponsored a rally against bank investments in fossil fuels that started at Dag Hammerskjöld Plaza and moved up 47th Street to the headquarters of J. P. Morgan Chase. Steve Fox, Strategic Organizer for Climate and Environmental Justice of the NYC COmptroller's office, addresses the crowd.
